Smile with Your Bones

In this week’s Spot, Sadhguru shares about the depth of a smile and meditation. “So you must smile with your bones, not just your lips, not just showing your teeth. Meditation is like the blossoming of a flower; a flower does not blossom in parts, when it blossoms everything is on. To make yourself like that – that if you sit with eyes closed or eyes open, there is a smile on your face, or even if there isn’t a smile, it doesn’t matter, everything is at its best, that is flowering. That is meditation.”
Wave of Bliss in Tamil Nadu

In this week’s Spot, Sadhguru talks about the ‘Wave of Bliss’ taking place in Tamil Nadu. “In the next 1 1/2 to 3 years time, in literally every village in Tamil Nadu, you will see a huge spiritual movement like never before. Three-day Inner Engineering Program or Isha Yoga Program with 20,000 people. Can you imagine the impact of that on a particular town with a 100,000 population? So that’s what is happening. It’s a real Silent Revolution of Self-Realization.”
Kalabhairava Karma – death process at ashram

In this week’s Spot, Sadhguru shares a new possibility of peacefulness for those near death or who have already died. “We are starting a process called ‘Kalabhairava Karma.’ This is for the dead only, to ensure that their new location is a better place. We would like people to live blissfully. If they don’t make this, if they don’t live blissfully, then at least they must die peacefully.”
Mumbai Marathon

Over 200 Isha Volunteers Running to Build a School For the 3rd year in succession, Isha Mumbai volunteers are running the Mumbai Marathon this time around, to raise funds to build an entire school for Isha Vidhya. The run will be on Sunday, 16th January 2011. Over 230 Isha volunteers from 15 to 70 years
