In this week’s Spot, Sadhguru pens a new poem about dissolving oneself and living life as a song. Sadhguru writes, “A hollow bamboo can turn the passing Wind / into a Sweet Song./ One filled with his Own Sap will be mute and dumb / When all of Creation laughs and Sings.…” Enjoy!

“Sadhguru Day” and other happenings

On May 3rd, the Mayor Annise Parker announced the day as “Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev Day” in Houston. After the Houston program, Sadhguru was involved in a series of meetings and yantra consecrations. May 12th Sadhguru conducted a live address in Mahima, which was telecast live to to all of the sathsangs (monthly gatherings of meditators) across the country.

Isha Thaimai …Holistic program for pregnant women

‘Isha Thaimai’ is an initiative specially designed for pregnant mothers to bring more awareness about the pregnancy period and teach them how to keep their body, mind, and emotion in a pleasant way, in order to experience a joyful pregnancy. Isha Arogya conducted one such health camp yesterday in Salem, as a follow-up to the first program, which happened on April 22nd.
