On May 3rd, the Mayor Annise Parker announced the day as “Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev Day” in Houston. After the Houston program, Sadhguru was involved in a series of meetings and yantra consecrations. May 12th Sadhguru conducted a live address in Mahima, which was telecast live to to all of the sathsangs (monthly gatherings of meditators) across the country.

Sadhguru in Houston: Largest US Program

From May 4th-6th, Sadhguru was in Houston to conduct an Inner Engineering program, which drew almost 1000 participants – the largest program in the US so far.

A WILD LIFE

Nature Awareness Program (NAP) is a four-day program for children, held at the Isha Yoga Center. It allows children to explore the natural life around them, in a day and age where exposure to natural settings is almost nil.

This year, the program’s photographer has put together a photo journal of her adventure in NAP.

Tour Group from Latvia visits Isha Yoga Center [Video]

In February, 32 Latvian tourists visited Isha Yoga Center through the Omkar and Yatra Group Tour company. They stayed at the center for 4 days, immersing themselves in the activities of the Yoga Center, despite no previous exposure to yoga.
