Training Teachers for Hata Yoga

In this week’s Spot, Sadhguru writes about the new Hata Yoga Teacher Training program which will take place at the Isha Yoga Center in July. “Now that the Adiyogi Alayam is up, we are seriously going into a hata yoga school. I grew up with an intense involvement with asanas and it did phenomenal things to me.” Sadhguru writes about the dangers of improper yoga and the need to retrain teachers bring another dimension to their yoga. “That is what we are intending. I would like to bring certain dimensions of hata yoga which are almost absent today…” Enjoy!

Guru Sangamam – Establishing a Spiritual Gateway
